PURE Focus | Private Yoga

1:2:1 & Small Groups

Want to learn yoga but don't feel confident enough to attend class? Then you should consider taking private yoga classes instead.   Private yoga classes allow you to work on the poses and stretches that make sense for you on your schedule and at your own pace.   PURE Focus is a class that is focusing around YOU.  After a indepth personalised ‘get to know you’ chat (in person or via zoom) we can start your journey into the world of yoga.

Busy schedules are one of the top culprits for stopping people from taking care of your mental & physical health.  When you hire an instructor privately, instead of struggling to get to your class on time you can make your class schedule work on YOUR terms.  The FOCUS is all on you.  I will select yoga postures, breathing exercises and meditation techniques for your personal needs.    I am happy to be flexible which means classes do not need to be taken the same time every week, we can move them around - make it work for your life and you will achieve more!   I can promise you will feel better even after your first session.

A variety of packages are available - everything can be tailored to suit your needs.

Prices vary depending on the package but start at £45 per hour, I can also arrange lessons for up to 3 students.

Classes can be centred around (but not limited to) the following:
💜 Healing
💜 Restorative
💜 Stress relieving
💜 Weight Loss
💜 Ailments (aches, pain, injuries)
💜 Building Strength
💜 Goals for a specific special occasion

I also carry out in-person GROUP yoga classes in Moulsham Lodge, Galleywood & West Hanningfield if you would like to find out more click below x

"I LOVE teaching 1:2:1, I get SO excited when I see one of my yogis have that light bulb moment when they realise they have achieved a personal goal.  The smile when they realise they feel comfortable attending group classes & my personal favourite is when they feel so at ‘home’ with yoga they start calling themselves ‘a yogi’ - pushing aside those society ingrained views on what a ‘yogi’ actually is!"
