Perfect for those who work from home or whose life means they cannot make in-person classes. I’m happy to offer you 3x weekly LIVE yoga practices via Zoom, join me now for grounding, uplifting and inspiring classes & a community of like-minded people. 

Choose between gentle Zen, Energising Vinyasa or my building blocks of yoga Classes - designed to create strength in your body while softening your heart. 

Classes are for all levels and I’ll practice simultaneously with you and offer modifications. I’m so excited to meet you in class!

All classes are recorded and available on-demand for the duration of your membership.

PURE Zen | Online |
Sunday 8-9pm

My Online PURE Zen Class is a much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. The perfect way to prep both your body & mind for the week ahead.  This class is a shortened version of my in-person PURE Zen!
Grab a mat and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centred and renewed. 30-minute slow flow followed by a 25 minute guided meditation. ALL levels welcome, adaptations are available. Book online today! - Sammi x

PURE Energise | Online | Wednesday 12-1245pm

A beautifully sweaty online lunchtime flow.  A quick 45-minute vinyasa flow to help energise you during the middle of your day!  
Vinyasa yoga helps build muscle strength while improving your fitness.  The fast-paced movements and physical challenge of Vinyasa yoga make it an ideal light-intensity cardiovascular workout.  ALL levels welcome, adaptations available - Sammi x

PURE Foundations | Online | Thursday 945-1045am

My Online PURE Foundations is all about the building blocks of yoga, ill break poses down & variations will be offered.   Each week I will take you through the steps to not only enjoy yoga but to come out the other side feeling like you truly know what you're doing.

This is a combination of Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga, both types of yoga work to release tension, improve strength and give you an amazing sense of empowerment within yourself. Come learn today. - Sammi x

I started Sammi's online classes a few weeks back and I love them I'm a complete beginner to yoga and am totally sold on it now I've started! Sammi is so calm during the lessons and explains everything so clearly making them easy to follow and helping you get the best out of each move by telling you how your body should feel.
